Independent Legal Team
Our Independent legal team is Tenn., Russell, Hamilton, Chin & Associates Limited. They handle all our corporate continuity functions. World wise has considered the area of the company’s continuity. This means that in the case of some unknown, unforeseen event that the company’s directors and management are somehow incapacitated .We have employed the law firm Tenn. Russell Hamilton, attorneys at law to appoint new directors and required staff to facilitate the continuity of the company. All the company’s income and expenditure accounts are submitted monthly to our independent legal and accounting firms (mentioned above). This process is in place to further secure the future of our clients, investors, partners and the company.
